Atty. Rosario S. Bernaldo, R.S. Bernaldo & Associates managing partner, was recently accorded a special citation by the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) Metro Manila Region as 2003 Outstanding CPA in Public Practice.

In ceremonies held last 25 July 2003 at the Century Park Hotel, Malate, Manila, Atty. Bernaldo herself, accepted the plaque of recognition presented by Metro Manila Regional Conference chairperson, Ms. Evelyn L. Chun Peng together with Metro Manila Regional Council chairperson, Mr. Gerald B. Sanvictores.

This citation is recognition of her remarkable accomplishments in the pursuit of PICPAs vision and mission, advocacy of endeavors geared toward professional growth, integrity and for continuously promoting the advancement of the accountancy program.
