CTDI, in Partnership with RSBA and BDP, Conducts CPD trainings for Cityland Development Corporation and COSCO Group for BOA Resolutions 3-2016 and 115-2016

BOA Resolution 3-2016 requires that all companies with gross sale of PHP10,000,000 submit a Certificate on the Compilation Services signed by a Certified Public Accountant, who is duly accredited by the Board of Accountancy.  The said resolution is then amended thru BOA Resolution 115-2016.  The amendments are:

  • The deadline for the filing of application for accreditation of CPAs in Commerce and Industry practice is extended to December 31, 2016;
  • the covered period of the financial statements subject to the Certificate on the Compilation Services requirement  is  extended to December 31, 2016; and,
  • the current amount of the gross sale or revenue threshold which is Ten Million Pesos (P10,000,000.00) is reviewed further by BOA, in consultation with the stakeholders.

Since the requirement for the Certificate of Compilation Services will push through this financial year, large companies, especially listed companies opted to engage organizations that are accredited to conduct seminars with Continuing Professional Development (CPD) units.

In line with this, CTDI, in partnership with RSBA and BDP, was engaged by Cityland Development Corporation and the COSCO Group to conduct seminars for a period of one month covering all thematic areas as required by BOA.
